You Can’t Put a Man In a Room With No Sub Woofers
Now this one definitely took me by surprise, being a big Muse hater and all. The fairly new Minneapolis dub project known as Nostalgia was dropped into my inbox recently. Still debating on wether the remix should actually be a “remix,” but until then enjoy this theatrical piece of dubstep. Big vocals and big bass seems to be the motto here.

Our good friends. Jeuce, sent over a new rework that was nominated “Dance act to watch” by radio one’s Kissy Sell Out last week. Catchy vocals combined with an upbeat percussion line and repetitive synthy stabs make for one infectious dance rework. So much respect for these guys, so I highly recommend you give this one some special love.

Southern California is not the first place that comes to mind when thinking about the roots of dub, Orange County native, Skelley, seems to think otherwise. Below you can find three originals from the twenty-three year old producer, all uniquely sampled dub pieces. Drop by his soundcloud for the goods, Enjoy!

This UK young’n should need no introduction by now. The kidcity local seems to be wondering around here quite often. With each new production, JSaxton always provides a new, innovative style. I find it interesting to watch a producer grow over the years, starting from their first productions to their first official release. Seems as if he’s some blog brain child.
JSaxton – Badman Pull-Up (Original Mix)
Ahhh it has been a while since I’ve last heard from Lincoln duo, Thunderskank. It’s good to see that they are still hard at work. Their latest remix, along with the help from Tru Fix, of RCK BCK’s “Black Nite” has had me addicted to this ‘jump-up/glitchy style’ of dub. Nothing too heavy, a clean synth line and some solid percussion work help guide this one smoothly throughout its five minutes and forty-eight seconds of play time. Also, be sure to check out the duo’s latest original, “Trouble.”

Thunderskank- Trouble (Original Mix)
Been waiting for this remix to officially surface, still no sign on its arrival. Thunderskank shake up the King Charles original “Love Lust” with their signature bassy swings. A proper remix for an original of such vocal purity.
